Responsibilities

- Integrate Qur’anic studies, including tartil reading and memorization of Juz 30, into daily classroom activities.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, curiosity, and collaborative learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student performance, behavior, and upcoming school events.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events such as cultural festivals and religious celebrations.
- Utilize active English communication skills to support bilingual instruction and prepare students for future academic challenges.
- Adhere to school policies regarding health, safety, and conduct, including a strict no‑smoking policy on campus.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to design interdisciplinary projects that enhance critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Requirements
- Religion: Must be a practicing Muslim (male).
- Age: Maximum 27 years.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, or English.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Language Skills: Proficient in active English for classroom instruction.
- Religious Proficiency: Ability to recite the Qur’an with tartil and complete memorization of Juz 30.
- Personal Qualities: Non‑smoker, serious, highly committed, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Additional Skills: Demonstrated ability in developing teaching methodologies that cater to diverse learning styles.
