- Prepare structured teaching materials, lesson plans, and digital resources that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities, project‑based learning, and extracurricular programs that reinforce both technical skills and Islamic values.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Manage classroom discipline with patience, fairness, and respect, creating a safe and inclusive environment for all learners.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum specialists, and school administrators to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.
- Participate actively in school‑wide events, parent‑teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Uphold the school’s gender‑sensitive policies and cultural norms, especially when teaching mixed or single‑gender classes.

Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D4) in Education, Computer Science, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience teaching at the early childhood, elementary, or middle‑school level (TK, SD, SMP) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian IT curriculum and familiarity with diniyah/islamic education frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to young learners and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Patience, discipline, high dedication, and a genuine passion for nurturing student development.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing teacher development programs and school activities.
- Compliance with the school’s gender‑based policies and cultural practices for both ikhwan and akhwat positions.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional after‑school or weekend events.
- Basic proficiency in educational technology tools, such as learning management systems, multimedia presentation software, and online assessment platforms.
