Responsibilities

- Research and stay up‑to‑date on TikTok, Shopee, and other emerging social‑media trends to incorporate fresh ideas into each broadcast.
- Host live streaming sessions on multiple platforms, ensuring clear articulation, enthusiastic delivery, and strong audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative, product, and sales teams to integrate product showcases, promotions, and interactive Q&A segments.
- Manage real‑time comments, polls, and viewer feedback, responding promptly to maintain a lively and inclusive atmosphere.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer count, watch time, conversion rates, and post‑stream analytics; prepare concise reports for management.
- Maintain a disciplined schedule, adhering to the Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 work hours, while also being flexible for occasional weekend events.
- Uphold brand standards by presenting a professional appearance, demonstrating honesty, and adhering to company policies.
- Continuously improve on‑camera confidence through self‑review, coaching, and peer feedback.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for digital media are welcome.
- Strong public‑speaking skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in planning and organizing content calendars for live streams.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Shopee, and other social‑media platforms, including algorithmic trends and audience behavior.
- High level of confidence and comfort appearing on camera.
