To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a motivated Intern Admin – Office Support who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a vibrant, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in coordinating travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and managing transportation logistics for client trips.
  • Support event planning activities such as venue research, vendor communication, and on‑site checklist management.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy of client records, inventory lists, and financial spreadsheets.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department while delivering courteous service.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior staff, summarizing key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines and ensure seamless execution of travel packages and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and social media content when required.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, offering fresh ideas and feedback to improve office workflows.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive client and company information.

Requirements

  • Final‑year student or fresh graduate, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or Event Organization.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
  • Residency in the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work hard, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new skills related to travel and event administration.
  • Previous internship experience in the travel industry or event organization is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, with a TOEFL score of at least 450.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
