Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Captain Crew for our popular Kios Cimol Bojot AA located in Bekasi. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth for our fast‑growing snack outlet. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on food‑service expertise with proven leadership abilities, enabling the team to meet high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
The position offers a stable weekday schedule (Monday‑Tuesday, 08:00‑17:00) and provides an excellent platform for individuals who wish to advance their career in the food & beverage (F&B) industry while working in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the kiosk, ensuring that all tasks are performed according to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate, coach, and motivate crew members, fostering teamwork and maintaining high morale.
- Guarantee consistent, friendly, and prompt service to every customer, handling complaints or special requests with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and order raw materials and supplies to prevent shortages.
- Support the achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets by implementing upselling techniques and promotional activities.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, conducting routine inspections of the preparation area, equipment, and dining space.
- Prepare shift schedules, manage attendance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Generate simple performance reports for management, highlighting sales trends, waste, and staff performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, delivery personnel, and local authorities when required.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 35 years or younger.
- Residence in Bekasi with personal motorbike for commuting.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B or food‑service outlet management.
- Prior experience as a crew leader or shift supervisor is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work a shift‑based schedule and adapt to occasional peak‑time demands.
- Proficiency in basic inventory control, cash handling, and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
