Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions, reconcile receipts, and prepare end‑of‑day financial reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our store management system, including stock counts, reorder points, and supplier communication.
- Process purchase orders, receive deliveries, and verify goods against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Provide front‑desk support: greet customers, answer phone inquiries, and address basic service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with the store manager to schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, and ensure coverage during peak hours.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials, updating product displays, and ensuring the shop floor remains tidy and organized.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as sales volume, customer footfall, and inventory turnover.
- Support basic HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing leave applications, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and data confidentiality.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost‑saving measures, and enhanced customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a preference for individuals ready to start immediately.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- No prior experience required; however, a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential.
- Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and honesty.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail management software (e.g., point‑of‑sale and inventory systems).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact courteously with customers and team members.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or inventory audits.
