Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our busy accessories boutique. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest accessory trends, product specifications, and promotional offers.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive shipments, and restock merchandise to ensure optimal product presentation.
  • Create visually appealing displays that align with seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
  • Engage customers through store‑based social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), posting product highlights and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing in‑store events, product launches, and flash sales to boost foot traffic.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in a courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and adhere to company policies on dress code and conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; preference for female candidates aged 35 years or younger.
  • Professional appearance and a neat, well‑groomed demeanor.
  • Strong sense of honesty, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Basic proficiency with social media platforms; training will be provided for candidates lacking experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn store management systems.
  • Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
