- Provide after‑sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in a courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and adhere to company policies on dress code and conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; preference for female candidates aged 35 years or younger.
- Professional appearance and a neat, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Strong sense of honesty, reliability, and responsibility.
- Basic proficiency with social media platforms; training will be provided for candidates lacking experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
