Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Kasir Penjualan Retail dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail team. This role is the frontline of our store, responsible for ensuring smooth checkout experiences, accurate cash handling, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the POS system efficiently, ensuring each transaction is processed accurately.
  • Handle multiple payment methods—including cash, debit cards, QRIS, and EDC terminals—while adhering to security protocols.
  • Generate daily sales reports, reconcile cash drawers, and submit comprehensive cash flow statements to management.
  • Monitor inventory levels in real time, conduct stock counts, and update the system to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product questions and resolving any checkout‑related issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area that reflects the brand’s standards of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members across merchandising, floor sales, and back‑office functions to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell products, contributing to increased average transaction value.
  • Stay updated on promotions, loyalty programs, and store policies to accurately inform customers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, POS proficiency, and customer‑service skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in operating POS systems and handling diverse payment methods (cash, debit, QRIS, EDC).
  • Strong numerical ability to compile accurate daily sales and stock reports.
  • Excellent personal presentation—tidy, courteous, and approachable.
  • High integrity, honesty, meticulousness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Effective communication skills, confidence, friendliness, and adaptability to a retail environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software are advantageous.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
