We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Retail Sales Cashier who excels in customer service and possesses strong computer skills. Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register efficiently, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue accurate receipts.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and resolve any concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, ensuring all POS equipment and displays are well‑stocked and functional.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations, prepare end‑of‑day reports, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Utilize Google Excel to track sales data, monitor inventory levels, and generate simple analytical reports for store management.
- Prepare and format internal documents, memos, and schedules using Google Word, ensuring clear communication across the team.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory sheets, and reporting low‑stock items.
- Collaborate with sales associates to promote ongoing promotions, upsell complementary products, and achieve daily sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions, share best practices, and mentor new cashiers as needed.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, safety, and customer privacy at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Must be 40 years old or younger.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Google Excel and Google Word is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a reliable attendance record.
