Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Retail Sales Cashier who excels in customer service and possesses strong computer skills. This full‑time position is based in a vibrant retail environment where the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The role is ideal for a woman under 40 years of age who is eager to grow professionally, master point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and contribute to the store’s overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register efficiently, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue accurate receipts.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and resolve any concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, ensuring all POS equipment and displays are well‑stocked and functional.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliations, prepare end‑of‑day reports, and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Utilize Google Excel to track sales data, monitor inventory levels, and generate simple analytical reports for store management.
  • Prepare and format internal documents, memos, and schedules using Google Word, ensuring clear communication across the team.
  • Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory sheets, and reporting low‑stock items.
  • Collaborate with sales associates to promote ongoing promotions, upsell complementary products, and achieve daily sales targets.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, share best practices, and mentor new cashiers as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, safety, and customer privacy at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: Must be 40 years old or younger.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Google Excel and Google Word is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a reliable attendance record.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous skill development.
