Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koki Operasional Dapur Food & Beverage to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. As a core member of the kitchen staff, you will assist in preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring that every guest experience is memorable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of menu items, following standardized recipes and plating guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist in the proper storage of perishable goods to minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, including proper sanitation, temperature control, and cross‑contamination prevention.
  • Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to coordinate timing of orders and accommodate special dietary requests.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service periods by executing prep work, assembling dishes, and replenishing stations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment by performing regular cleaning duties and conducting equipment checks.
  • Participate in menu development sessions, offering creative ideas for new dishes, seasonal specials, and presentation enhancements.
  • Document daily production reports, noting any issues with equipment or ingredient quality for managerial review.
  • Continuously improve personal culinary skills through on‑the‑job training, workshops, and feedback from senior chefs.

Requirements

  • Active enrollment in a college or university program related to culinary arts, hospitality management, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse team members.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to follow recipes, safety protocols, and interact with guests when needed.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering high‑quality food.
  • Positive, creative, and innovative mindset, capable of contributing fresh ideas to menu planning.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Willingness to learn and operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely.
  • All education levels accepted; no minimum years of experience required.
