Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Konsultan Produk to join our regional sales team in Luwuk Banggai, Central Sulawesi. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our product portfolio and the end‑consumer, ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable guidance, compelling in‑store experiences, and consistent follow‑up. As a product consultant, you will act as the face of the brand within retail environments, fostering strong relationships with store owners, staff, and shoppers while driving sales performance against clearly defined targets.
The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated individual with at least one year of experience in sales or promotion, a solid educational background (minimum high school diploma), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be comfortable working on a mobile schedule, possess a valid motorcycle license, and be ready to travel across the Luwuk Banggai area to maintain product visibility and brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide thorough product education and personalized consultation to customers, answering questions and demonstrating usage benefits.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functional condition of all product displays, merchandising units, and promotional machines within assigned stores.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with store managers, retail staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth collaboration and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company through proactive selling, upselling, and cross‑selling techniques.
- Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report insights to the regional sales manager for strategic adjustments.
- Organize and execute in‑store promotional events, product sampling sessions, and training workshops for retail personnel.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock, accurate inventory counts, and proper placement of promotional materials.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Chemical Engineering is a plus, but candidates from other fields are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or customer‑facing roles; experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) is advantageous.
- Strong passion for sales and marketing, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Professional appearance, disciplined work ethic, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold an active SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting to diverse audiences, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexibility to work mobile schedules, including Saturdays, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Age not exceeding 30 years and open to all genders.
