Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and diligent Koordinator Tim Produksi dan Operasional to join our fast‑growing food production facility. This pivotal role ensures that daily manufacturing activities run smoothly, that product quality meets our exacting standards, and that the operational team works cohesively toward production targets. The position is based in our main plant and follows a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise the daily production schedule to meet order deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Coordinate a team of line workers, kitchen staff, and support personnel, ensuring clear communication of tasks and performance expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; initiate timely procurement requests to avoid production bottlenecks.
  • Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections and corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as yield, waste, and on‑time delivery rates.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to address any non‑conformities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new hires.
  • Utilize cooking expertise to oversee the preparation of sample dishes for product testing and client presentations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any operational issues that arise during the shift, providing swift resolutions to keep production on track.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Cooking skills: Proven ability to prepare basic meals and understand kitchen workflow.
  • Work ethic: Strong commitment to hard work, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; however, any background in food production, hospitality, or team coordination is a plus.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Technical aptitude: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory software) and ability to read simple production charts.
  • Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
