We are seeking a motivated and reliable Krew Dapur to join our fast‑growing Hub ASTRO in Tangerang Selatan. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic food‑and‑beverage environment and are eager to contribute to seamless kitchen operations. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for everything from inventory control to cooking high‑quality menu items that delight our customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily kitchen operations run smoothly, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with system records to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Update stock, inventory, and inbound data in real‑time using our POS and inventory management software.
- Prepare and submit detailed operational reports, including waste analysis, production yields, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are sanitized after each shift.
- Execute the full cooking process, transforming raw ingredients into ready‑to‑serve dishes while following standardized recipes.
- Prep all ingredients, portion controls, and mise‑en‑place before the start of each shift to guarantee timely service.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting inbound deliveries, verifying quantities, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and front‑of‑house teams to meet peak‑time demand efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, such as reducing waste, optimizing prep times, and enhancing product consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a kitchen or as a barista.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to be deployed across any Hub ASTRO location.
- Strong attention to detail, quick reflexes, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Independent worker who can also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent basic cooking skills, stock control knowledge, and familiarity with food safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to continuous learning.
