Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver parcels and packages using a motorcycle, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre‑delivery checks of orders to verify item accuracy, packaging integrity, and documentation.
- Perform post‑delivery verification to confirm successful receipt, capture signatures, and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the motorcycle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur on the route.
- Communicate regularly with the dispatch team, providing real‑time updates on delivery status and any delays.
- Report daily activities and submit delivery reports to the operations manager for performance tracking.
- Participate in routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and keep the motorcycle clean and service‑ready.
- Offer exceptional customer service by handling inquiries courteously and representing the company’s brand positively.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Age: Must be 45 years old or younger.
