Responsibilities
- Pick up, transport, and deliver packages to designated addresses within the Tridadi area and the wider Yogyakarta region.
- Verify delivery details against shipment documents, obtain customer signatures, and ensure accurate record‑keeping in the company’s tracking system.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge to meet delivery windows while minimizing fuel consumption.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of your personal motorbike, performing routine checks before and after each shift.
- Provide courteous, professional interaction with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Report any delivery exceptions, accidents, or vehicle issues to the operations supervisor immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels at the warehouse, ensuring packages are handled safely to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols, wearing required protective gear at all times.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service, route optimization, and safety compliance.
Requirements
- All education levels are accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Own a well‑maintained motorbike with a valid registration, insurance, and all necessary documents.
- Valid KTP issued in Sleman or any Yogyakarta area.
- Willingness to work primarily in the Tridadi district and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local traffic patterns.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and the logistics team.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a high level of personal integrity.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and digital tracking tools.
