Responsibilities
- Collect parcels and packages from the central warehouse or partner stores and verify shipment details against delivery orders.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently, using GPS navigation and knowledge of local traffic patterns to meet the 07:00‑17:00 schedule.
- Deliver items to residential, commercial, and industrial customers, ensuring that each package is handled with care and arrives in perfect condition.
- Obtain customer signatures or electronic confirmations, update delivery status in the company’s tracking system, and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working order, conduct pre‑ride safety checks, and report any mechanical issues to the fleet manager.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies, wearing appropriate protective gear at all times.
- Communicate professionally with customers, addressing questions or concerns and providing a positive brand experience.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement to prevent damage during transit.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new delivery procedures and technology tools.
- Document and report any incidents, accidents, or customer complaints according to company protocol.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑40 years old, with a maximum limit of 40 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders; we value diversity and inclusion.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle driving license) and a personally owned, road‑worthy motorcycle.
- No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to meet strict delivery deadlines.

- Physical stamina to load, unload, and carry packages of varying sizes throughout the workday.
