Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manager Proyek – Pengelolaan Tim & Penyelesaian Proyek to lead our civil construction and architectural projects in a fast‑growing environment. This senior position reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for orchestrating cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record in managing complex construction sites, coordinating architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and fostering a culture of safety and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all phases of civil construction and architectural projects from concept design through final handover.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, foremen, and site workers, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop detailed project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost‑control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to secure permits, approvals, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Utilize Design Thinking principles to resolve design challenges, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and promote a zero‑accident workplace.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, documenting lessons learned, and recommending process enhancements.
- Manage procurement activities, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and oversee material delivery schedules.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including drawings, change orders, and compliance records, are accurately maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in civil construction and architectural project management.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience in the architectural field, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Gender: Female candidates only.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
