Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Manajer Asisten Operasional to join our fast‑growing team. This full‑time position is based in our main office and operates Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00. The successful candidate will support the Operations Manager in driving efficiency, managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, and ensuring that business opportunities are identified and pursued in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities.
  • Conduct market research and perform comprehensive analysis of business opportunities, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and database updates to support operational decision‑making.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers, negotiating terms to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in developing strategies to meet or exceed operational targets.
  • Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and training sessions, handling logistics and follow‑up actions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, propose enhancements, and assist in implementation.
  • Act as a point of contact for ad‑hoc projects, taking ownership from conception through execution.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 29 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or sales analysis.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data manipulation.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and data‑processing capabilities; high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Self‑driven, disciplined, and highly proactive with a strong initiative.
  • Resilience under pressure and a track record of meeting or surpassing performance targets.
  • Additional desirable skills: adaptability to new technology, strategic accounting knowledge, sales and data analysis expertise.
