- Collaborate closely with the sales team to design lead‑generation campaigns, promotional events, and digital advertising initiatives that drive qualified inquiries.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by overseeing prospecting activities, cold‑calling, and networking at industry exhibitions and community events.
- Provide timely follow‑up on all leads, ensuring a high conversion rate through personalized communication and attentive customer service.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, cost‑per‑acquisition, and campaign ROI, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Train and mentor junior marketing staff on best practices in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements (including a valid SIM C), and company policies while representing the brand in the field.
- Travel to assigned company units across the country, leveraging personal transportation to meet clients, attend site visits, and support regional sales initiatives.
- Continuously improve processes by gathering customer feedback, analyzing satisfaction scores, and implementing service enhancements that boost client loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 21 and 40 years old.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in property sales or related marketing roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, advertising metrics, and sales figures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on persuasive storytelling.
- Fast response attitude; ability to act quickly on leads and market changes.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
