Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Manajer Pengembangan Produk Consumable to join our dynamic logistics and supply‑chain team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of consumable goods from vendors to our distribution hubs and warehouses, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supporting project execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the inbound purchase order (PO) process, including verification of vendor shipments and accurate receipt of goods.
- Organize and display items in their designated storage locations (SLOC) to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Process sales orders (SO), prepare and coordinate shipments to hubs and warehouses, and ensure alignment with user‑generated orders.
- Conduct monthly stock opname for consumable items, reconciling physical counts with system records.
- Coordinate mobile‑to‑hub and warehouse (WH) logistics, including STO activities and power‑up/down procedures with PLN.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation such as delivery notes, PO, SO, and ensure daily updates to stock cards and the log book.
- Generate weekly reports covering stock status, pending sales orders, and ongoing project progress.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce lead times, minimize errors, and enhance overall supply‑chain performance.
- Collaborate with the procurement, finance, and IT departments to resolve discrepancies and support system integrations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior warehouse staff on best practices for inventory control and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related logistics roles.
- Male candidates are preferred as per current company policy.
- Proven ability to control stock levels, perform accurate stock counts, and understand warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and management.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
- Flexibility to work standard hours (08:00 – 17:00) and adapt to evolving operational needs.
