Introduction

The Manajer Proyek Castelling is a pivotal role within our fast‑growing hospitality and catering division. As the project lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of castelling‑related initiatives that support our restaurant and event services. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage night‑shift operations, and ensure that all project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for castelling operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate daily activities of on‑site teams, including kitchen staff, service personnel, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, cost variance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular shift handovers and night‑shift supervision to maintain seamless service continuity.
  • Facilitate clear communication between management, suppliers, and clients, preparing status reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and adjust resources as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting periodic audits and corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback, analyzing process inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a collaborative and disciplined work culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18–26 years.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
  • Not currently enrolled in higher education and not married.
  • Professional appearance: clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, proactive, and highly communicative.

  • Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling.
  • Physical and mental health suitable for demanding shift work.
