We are seeking motivated and dependable Motorcycle Couriers to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Bali, covering the Denpasar and Badung regions. As a key member of our delivery network, you will play a vital role in ensuring that parcels move swiftly and safely from senders to recipients. Responsibilities
- Perform timely pick‑ups of parcels from designated merchants or warehouses, verifying package integrity and documentation.
- Deliver shipments to customers within the assigned zone, ensuring a professional and courteous hand‑off.
- Utilize Google Maps or similar navigation apps to plan the most efficient routes, adjusting in real time for traffic or road conditions.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and any exceptions using the company’s mobile application.
- Inspect and keep the personal motorcycle in good working order, including routine checks of fuel, tires, brakes, and required paperwork (SIM C, STNK, and tax).
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions safely, following company protocols for cash handling and receipt issuance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering basic inquiries and reporting any delivery issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, wearing appropriate protective gear and complying with local traffic laws.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to receive daily assignment updates and report any delays or incidents.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on delivery best practices and technology updates.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years (maximum 50 years).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license for motorcycles (SIM C) with at least three months of active registration at the time of application.
- Own a reliable motorcycle with up‑to‑date registration and tax documents.
- Own a smartphone (Android) with at least 4 GB RAM and running Android 10.0 or newer.
- Proficient in reading maps and using navigation apps such as Google Maps.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Strong time‑management skills, high reliability, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with customers and team members.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of parcels of varying sizes.
