This role is a critical part of our local debt settlement initiative, where you will interact directly with consumers who have outstanding fines and guide them toward timely and amicable payment solutions. The position is field‑based, offering a dynamic work environment that blends customer service, negotiation, and community outreach within the vibrant city of Binjai.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to residents and businesses that have unpaid fines, presenting clear and courteous payment options.
- Explain the consequences of non‑payment and the benefits of early settlement, tailoring the conversation to each customer’s situation.
- Negotiate payment plans, collect partial or full payments, and issue official receipts in accordance with municipal regulations.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the central office to update records, report progress, and receive new assignment lists.
- Provide feedback on common obstacles faced by consumers, helping to refine the city’s penalty communication strategy.
- Adhere to safety protocols while traveling on a motorcycle, ensuring personal and public safety during fieldwork.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices, celebrate achievements, and align on target metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and an active SIM C driving license.
- Strong personal integrity, a resilient mindset, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
- Honesty, accountability, and a commitment to delivering results on schedule.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
