Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Akun – Pengelolaan Rekening & Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are passionate about finance, customer relationship management, and marketing. You will act as a key liaison between our bank’s account holders and internal departments, ensuring smooth account operations, timely issue resolution, and the delivery of high‑quality service.
The position is full‑time, based in our Jakarta office, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30. If you are a proactive male candidate under 35 years of age with a minimum D3/D4 education in any discipline, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage the opening, maintenance, and closure of customer accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide first‑line customer service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through banking procedures.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote banking products, cross‑sell services, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and reconcile daily transaction reports, monitor account balances, and flag any suspicious activities for further investigation.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and participate in outreach events to attract new customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and account changes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure all activities adhere to the latest banking regulations.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated interest or basic knowledge in marketing and sales, with a willingness to learn negotiation techniques.
- Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank’s customer base.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new banking software.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
