Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Business Relations to join our fast‑growing sales and marketing team. Responsibilities
- Master product knowledge for the full portfolio of cigarette brands and related accessories.
- Introduce, market, and sell products to retail outlets, distributors, and direct users, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
- Develop and nurture professional, trust‑based relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and untapped opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Perform detailed sales analysis, including competitor, trend, and data analysis, to refine tactics and improve forecast accuracy.
- Collect and maintain up‑to‑date supplier data for each store in the managed area, supporting inventory planning and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and promotional execution.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, insights, and challenges to senior management.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company dress code, and represent the brand positively in all interactions.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat or a Bachelor’s degree (any major) preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG or tobacco sector.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for field visits.
- Android smartphone with a minimum of 2 GB RAM for CRM and communication tools.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, market‑research, and data‑analysis capabilities.
- Honest, innovative mindset with a polished, attractive appearance.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in competitor, trend, and sales‑data analysis.
