Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Credit Marketing to join our expanding team in Singkawang. This role is pivotal in driving new customer acquisition, promoting our financing solutions, and building strategic partnerships with dealers and other business partners. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing direct sales activities with thorough documentation and compliance checks to ensure a seamless credit approval process.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing ample opportunity to engage with a diverse client base across West Kalimantan.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Present and explain a range of financing products, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with automobile dealers, motorcycle showrooms, and other strategic partners to generate referral business.
- Collect, verify, and audit all required customer documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare credit proposals, coordinate with underwriting teams, and follow up on approval status to keep the sales cycle moving efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the credit division.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and closed deals for performance analysis.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and market briefings to stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries and facilitating any required documentation updates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of sales or customer‑service experience are welcome.
- Core Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, quick adaptability, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM tools, and proficiency in handling digital documentation.
- Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Language: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local dialects or English is an advantage.
