Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned villages and neighborhoods, establishing trustful relationships with women‑entrepreneurs and assessing their business needs.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship on basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and disciplined savings practices, using simple tools that are easy to understand and apply.
- Facilitate group‑based micro‑finance loans without collateral, coordinating the disbursement process, monitoring repayment schedules, and ensuring that loan cycles remain healthy.
- Organize community workshops and interactive sessions on financial literacy, digital payment methods, and market‑linkage strategies.
- Collect and document client feedback, preparing concise reports for senior management and recommending improvements to program design.
- Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to create additional support networks for clients.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting CEI’s values of integrity, empathy, and empowerment throughout the community.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; gender diversity is essential for building rapport with our target group.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 graduates are strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for social outreach and community building.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; adaptability to learn new digital tools quickly.
