Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Marketing Kredit (Surveyor) to join our growing team in the Serang area, serving the greater Jabodetabek region. This role is the frontline of our credit product distribution, responsible for building relationships with both existing and new customers, gathering critical credit information, and guiding applicants through the loan approval process. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong sense of integrity and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of company credit products to existing clients and prospective customers across the assigned territory.
- Generate and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring that all initial data is accurately captured.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer documents, assemble complete credit applications, and submit them for review.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining regular contact with dealers and customers to provide timely updates on status and decisions.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection outcomes clearly, and explain repayment schedules, due dates, and payment locations to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, documents received, and follow‑up actions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and risk teams to resolve any discrepancies or additional information requests.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional financial products based on customer needs and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department on product performance, competitor activities, and customer sentiment.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all documentation meets legal standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: 29 years or younger.
- Fresh graduates may apply; a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar credit‑surveying or marketing role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build trust.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, resilience, and honesty.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using CRM or loan‑management software.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime for urgent client needs.
