Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Officer Sales Pengelolaan Akun dan Pengembangan Pasar to join our growing financial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting financing solutions, and nurturing long‑term relationships with dealers, partners, and end‑users. This role offers a blend of field work and strategic account management, providing a solid foundation for career growth in the sales and marketing arena.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote our financing products.
  • Conduct preliminary surveys and feasibility analyses to assess customer creditworthiness.
  • Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, and the credit application process.
  • Guide clients through the full application cycle, from documentation to disbursement.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers, partners, and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—credit, underwriting, and operations—to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in market research activities to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, dealer meetings, and community outreach programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • No strict age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and confident in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Willingness to work on‑site, travel to dealer locations, and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
