Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third‑party dealers and end‑customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all marketing verification activities.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of multiple product lines, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and after‑sales support.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, sales pipelines, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regional trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, schedule follow‑ups, and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s) from any field of study.
- Age: 28 years maximum.
- Gender: Male (as per current posting requirements).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management, preferably within the automotive or consumer‑goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex product information clearly.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a team‑oriented, fast‑changing environment.
- Own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C driving license for local travel between dealer locations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic data analysis tools.
