Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operator Sorter TP to join our fast‑growing logistics hub in Karawaci. This pivotal role ensures that parcels are accurately sorted, scanned, and prepared for timely delivery, supporting the overall efficiency of our supply‑chain network. Responsibilities
- Sort incoming and outgoing parcels according to designated area codes or delivery routes, ensuring each package is placed in the correct lane for efficient distribution.
- Load and unload goods from operational vehicles, including trucks, vans, and pallet jacks, while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Scan every package into the warehouse management system (WMS) to maintain real‑time inventory visibility and prevent misplacements.
- Arrange packages neatly on sorting racks or conveyor belts, checking for signs of damage and reporting any anomalies to supervisors.
- Assist with the loading and unloading processes during peak periods, following the direction of senior staff to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and ensuring that sorting equipment is free of obstructions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements that boost throughput and accuracy.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and contribute to a culture of zero‑incident operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per operational policy.
- Age 40 years or younger.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read codes and operate scanning devices.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive motions throughout an 8‑hour shift.
- Strong logistical awareness and the ability to analyze package flow for optimal sorting.
- Good communication skills for clear interaction with supervisors and peers.
- Commitment to punctuality, with a work schedule of Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
