Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians in conducting thorough physical examinations of small animal patients.
- Prepare, calibrate, and operate diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, ensuring all tools are ready for each procedure.
- Implement treatment plans prescribed by the veterinarian for both outpatient and inpatient cases, including medication administration, wound care, and post‑operative monitoring.
- Educate pet owners on home care instructions, medication schedules, and preventive measures to promote long‑term health.
- Act as a co‑operator during surgical procedures, handling instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and supporting the surgical team.
- Monitor hospitalized animals round‑the‑clock, document changes in condition, and promptly report any concerns to the attending veterinarian.
- Demonstrate high empathy and responsibility, fostering a calming environment for both animals and their owners.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance clinic workflows, patient safety, and overall service quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and proactively solving challenges that arise during patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Animal Paramedics, Veterinary Nursing, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 26 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a veterinary or animal‑health setting.
- Strong passion for the welfare of small animals and a genuine love for working with them.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners.
- Proactive, initiative‑driven attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to adopt and follow standard health‑care protocols and safety guidelines.
