Responsibilities
- Achieve daily visitation targets by planning and executing efficient routes within the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new users, meeting or exceeding the predefined acquisition quotas.
- Present and promote flagship products and programs with persuasive, data‑driven presentations that address customer needs.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with active users, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect, log, and act on user feedback—including suggestions, complaints, and usage issues—to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and report on both new‑customer acquisition and sales volume metrics on a regular basis.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve customer issues promptly and to share market intelligence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in continuous training sessions and team meetings to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in any relevant field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a sales acquisition role within banking, BRI telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven ability to master the local area and build a network of prospects.
- Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and hold a valid, active SIM C license.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong administrative skills, critical and innovative thinking, and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
