Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing inventory shipments according to the store’s management system.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, stock rooms, and back‑office areas.
- Support the sales team by restocking shelves, arranging product displays, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Handle basic customer inquiries, direct visitors to appropriate staff, and provide friendly assistance.
- Perform routine checks on equipment, report any malfunctions, and help with minor maintenance tasks.
- Follow health, safety, and security protocols, including proper lifting techniques and safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with supervisors to adapt to shifting priorities and respond to urgent operational needs.
- Document daily activities in the store’s management system, ensuring accurate record‑keeping for inventory and attendance.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to improve job performance and develop new skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years (flexible based on company policy).

- Physical fitness: Proportional body shape, good health, and the ability to lift moderate weights (up to 25 kg) without strain.
