Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to established standards.

- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any defects to the engineering department promptly.
- Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guests, responding to requests for additional amenities or information.
- Adhere to health, safety, and infection‑control protocols, especially when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping supervisors and other team members to achieve daily targets and special event preparations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest housekeeping techniques and guest service trends.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes, including weekend and holiday shifts, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Uphold a professional appearance by wearing the provided uniform and adhering to grooming standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; positions with higher responsibility may require D3/D4 or S1 in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in a similar housekeeping or room‑attendant role; fresh graduates are welcome for daily‑worker assignments.
- Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant operations, including guest service standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine hospitality mindset.
- Professional, neat appearance with a commitment to personal hygiene.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Disciplined, honest, and highly responsible attitude.
- For Daily Worker positions: willingness to work on a day‑by‑day basis, flexible schedule, and rapid adaptation to short‑notice assignments.
