Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and specials with confidence and courtesy.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service area, including setting tables, polishing cutlery, and resetting stations between courses.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food, beverage, and cleaning supplies.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current on new menu items, promotions, and service standards.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and reporting of any equipment or supply issues to management.
- Uphold the brand’s image by maintaining a neat, professional appearance and demonstrating strong communication skills at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Prior experience in food & beverage service is a distinct advantage, though not mandatory.
