We are expanding our network in the beautiful region of Paleteang, Kabupaten Pinrang, Sulawesi Selatan, and we are looking for a dynamic Pemimpin Hub (Hub Leader) to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Pinrang hub. This role is central to ensuring that every package moves smoothly from the point of pick‑up to the customer’s doorstep while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, overseeing the complete flow from collection to final hand‑over.
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) teams to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize routing.
- Implement loss‑prevention measures to minimize the risk of missing or damaged packages, including regular audits and incident reporting.
- Track all hub transactions in real‑time, ensuring data integrity in the SPX Express management system.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, managing loading docks, sorting lines, and dispatch bays to keep throughput high.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
- Analyze performance metrics such as delivery lead time, error rate, and resource utilization, and propose process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health‑and‑safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners regarding hub‑related inquiries or escalations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in both Last Mile and First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially when working cross‑functionally with warehouse and transportation teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset, capable of quickly addressing operational disruptions.
- Flexibility to be based in Paleteang, Kabupaten Pinrang, Sulawesi Selatan, and willingness to travel occasionally to other hubs.
