Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate an electric bicycle safely and efficiently to travel between designated hubs and customer locations.
- Collect freshly brewed coffee from the central hub each morning, ensuring proper inventory levels for the day’s sales.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service that promotes repeat business.
- Handle cash, mobile payments, and accurately record daily sales transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mobile coffee cart, including routine equipment checks and basic bike maintenance.
- Submit end‑of‑day sales reports, reconcile cash drawers, and deposit earnings at the hub.
- Analyze daily sales patterns, identify peak times, and suggest adjustments to routes or product offerings.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to restock supplies, report any shortages, and coordinate special promotional events.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 45 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; new graduates and career changers are welcome.
- Key skills: Sales analysis, use of sales tools, strong communication, basic numeracy, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to ride and maintain an electric bicycle safely in urban traffic.
- Reliability and punctuality for a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn the craft of coffee preparation.
