Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish new partnerships with corporate clients, agencies, and distributors; nurture existing relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Manage Partner Human Resources: Coordinate with partner teams to align staffing, training, and resource allocation for joint marketing campaigns.
- Design Marketing Strategies: Develop and present comprehensive marketing plans that leverage partner strengths, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Achieve Marketing Targets: Set clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to meet or exceed agreed‑upon sales and brand‑awareness goals.
- Analyze Market Feedback: Gather and interpret customer satisfaction data, pricing insights, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine partnership strategies.
- Coordinate Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with product, sales, finance, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
- Report and Present Results: Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for future collaboration.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum education level of SMP/MTS or equivalent; candidates with SMA/SMK or higher are strongly preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be 28 years old or younger.

- Experience: No prior experience required, though internships or volunteer work in marketing, sales, or customer service are advantageous.
