Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments are ready and patient comfort is maintained.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing equipment, arranging supplies, and verifying that all materials meet infection‑control standards.
- Conduct patient intake, record medical histories, and update dental charts accurately and confidentially.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑treatment instructions, educate patients on oral hygiene practices, and answer any questions with a courteous demeanor.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies, place orders when stock runs low, and monitor expiration dates.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and ensure seamless workflow from Monday to Saturday.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, reflecting the clinic’s professional image.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, continuing education workshops, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑25 years, unmarried, with a polished and professional appearance.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Dental Nursing or a related field; graduates from SMA/SMK with a focus on health care are also considered.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but candidates with prior experience in a dental setting are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, honest, polite, and eager to learn.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Preferred residential areas include Setrasari, Setiabudi, Pasteur, Pasar Kaliki, and Cicendo to ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Basic proficiency in patient care techniques, including oral hygiene instruction and postoperative care.
