Responsibilities

- Provide education to patients and their families regarding disease management, medication adherence, and post‑discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records using electronic health‑record (EHR) systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, perform basic and advanced life support procedures, and document all interventions.
- Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, infection‑control programs, and regular safety audits.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and assist in orientation and training of new hires.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to ethical guidelines in all patient interactions.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Nursing (S1 preferred).
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and certifications in BTCLS (Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support) and/or PPGD (Basic Pediatric and Gynecological Resuscitation).
- Age not exceeding 30 years.

- Presentable appearance and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
