Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to Accor’s high‑standard operating procedures.
  • Re‑stock amenities, linens, and housekeeping carts, ensuring all supplies are readily available for seamless service.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost items, and any safety hazards to the supervisory team promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of rooms for new arrivals, including making beds, arranging furniture, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with the front‑desk and maintenance departments to coordinate room turnover and special guest requests.
  • Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks and inventory usage for quality control purposes.
  • Uphold the hotel’s brand image by presenting a professional appearance and exhibiting courteous interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay updated on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active undergraduate student or recent graduate, preferably studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to build a long‑term career in hotel operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to adhere to the uniform and appearance standards of a five‑star hotel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • High level of initiative, discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work the assigned internship period, including weekdays (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Open to both male and female candidates; gender is not a selection criterion.
