Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and respond to any security incidents, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Perform regular quality‑control checks of rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, providing friendly and accurate information about hotel services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address any issues reported by guests.
- Maintain detailed logs of security observations, incident reports, and daily cleaning inspections.
- Enforce hotel policies, such as noise control and fire safety regulations, while treating guests with respect and professionalism.
- Support emergency response efforts, including evacuation drills and first‑aid assistance when required.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively, sharing feedback, and helping new staff members acclimate.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on safety protocols, customer service excellence, and quality‑assurance standards.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; open to all educational levels.
- Currently enrolled as an active university student (full‑time or part‑time).
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude toward guests.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards (quality control of cleanliness).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- No prior professional experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical ability to conduct regular patrols and handle light lifting of equipment.
