Introduction
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our cleaning and sanitation team as Petugas Kebersihan dan Layanan Pembersihan. This full‑time position works every day of the week, from 08:00 to 17:00, and plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for employees, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, corridors, and reception areas, ensuring all surfaces are dust‑free and presentable.
- Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper), and monitor for any maintenance issues.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies and local regulations.
- Operate floor‑care equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and polishers, maintaining a spotless and slip‑free environment.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and high‑level dusting.
- Inspect and report any damage, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the facilities supervisor promptly.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning chemicals and tools, requesting replenishment when stock runs low.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules for special events or high‑traffic periods.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of practical experience in commercial or institutional cleaning.
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and support peers.
- Adaptability to various work environments and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they demonstrate eagerness and reliability.
- Ability to communicate basic instructions in Indonesian and follow written safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
