Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our team as Field Agent (Penagihan/Kolektor Lapangan) for the Ogan Komering Ulu – Baturraja region. This role is a critical front‑line position that bridges our financial services with the community, ensuring timely credit repayments while maintaining positive customer relationships. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, target‑oriented environment, traveling to customer residences, handling collections, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customer homes across the Ogan Komering Ulu area to conduct face‑to‑face debt collection activities, focusing on overdue credit installments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets set by the management team, contributing to the overall financial health of the portfolio.
  • Meet daily visitation quotas, planning efficient routes and managing time effectively to maximize coverage.
  • Execute the collection process in strict accordance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the mobile CRM system, noting payment promises, disputes, and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers, using clear communication and empathy to reach mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Identify early warning signs of potential delinquency and report them to the supervisory team for proactive intervention.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑kept motorcycle and ensure all required documentation (e.g., SIM C, identity cards) are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the central collections office, providing feedback on field challenges and suggesting process improvements.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on collection techniques, regulatory changes, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Paket C).
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Valid and active motorcycle license (SIM C) with a personal motorcycle for field travel.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ogan Komering Ulu region, including local streets, neighborhoods, and community norms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
  • Self‑motivated mindset with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in field collection or a related cash‑handling role; fresh graduates may also apply if they demonstrate strong communication abilities.
  • Residence within or near the assigned deployment area, ensuring quick response times and reliable attendance.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and willingness to adopt new technologies for reporting.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical collection practices.
