Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to assigned customer sites throughout Jombang and surrounding districts to collect outstanding payments.

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including client interactions, payment confirmations, and any disputes.
- Identify and report recurring payment issues or potential credit risks to the finance manager.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers who face temporary financial difficulties, ensuring mutually agreeable solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive image of the company.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to align collection efforts with broader business objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate and overdue balances.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Male gender, as stipulated by the current operational needs.
- Valid motor vehicle ownership and an active SIM C license.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant work experience (0+ years acceptable).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a professional attitude when handling cash and sensitive information.
