Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Petugas Verifikasi Pemasaran (MVO) to join our dynamic sales team in Gianyar, Bali. This role focuses on building strong relationships with dealers and customers, promoting a portfolio of multi‑product solutions, and conducting thorough feasibility analyses to ensure high‑quality leads. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and end‑customers, to foster trust and repeat business.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of multiple products, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct detailed market surveys and feasibility studies to assess the viability of prospective customers, providing actionable insights to the sales management team.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies that align with regional market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and best sales practices.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team objectives.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing any customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any field.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C).
- Male candidates only, as per the current hiring policy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
