Introduction
We are seeking a talented Photographer – Senior Creative Services to join our dynamic visual communications team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for composition, strong storytelling instincts, and the ability to translate brand concepts into compelling photographic content. The successful candidate will work closely with designers, marketers, and product managers to produce high‑impact imagery that supports campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative directors and marketing teams to develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Plan, stage, and execute photo shoots using a variety of equipment, with a particular emphasis on mobile phone cameras for on‑the‑go content creation.
- Capture, edit, and retouch images using industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) to ensure consistency, color accuracy, and visual appeal.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, tagging and archiving files for easy retrieval by cross‑functional teams.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas for visual storytelling, product showcases, and user‑generated content.
- Ensure all photography complies with legal, copyright, and brand safety standards.
- Mentor junior photographers and assist with training on best practices for lighting, composition, and mobile photography techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and adhering to the Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in mobile photography, social media visual formats, and creative technology.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with international partners.
- Proficiency in using mobile phone cameras, including knowledge of advanced settings, accessories, and mobile editing apps.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, contributing ideas and receiving feedback constructively.
- Creative mindset with a proactive, initiative‑driven approach to problem‑solving and concept development.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
