Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Pramuniaga Penjualan Produk Konsumen (Consumer Product Sales Associate) to join our dynamic retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service, possess a solid high‑school education, and are eager to develop a career in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and supporting the store’s sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and attractive sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, labeled, and merchandised according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling complementary products to maximize average transaction value.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, aiming for quick resolution and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow associates to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and the latest retail technologies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies, including proper handling of promotional materials and store assets.
- Provide feedback to management on shopper trends, popular items, and potential improvements to the product assortment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic proficiency in using a retail management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
