Responsibilities
- Maintain the checkout area in a neat and clean condition after each transaction, ensuring that the cash register is organized and ready for the next customer.
- Verify that every item leaving the store has been properly scanned and paid for, preventing loss and ensuring accurate sales records.
- Monitor inventory on the sales floor, promptly reporting any missing or misplaced items to the store manager.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, answering product questions, locating items, and offering recommendations.
- Use the “trimkasih” system (or equivalent POS functionality) to finalize sales and generate receipts for customers.
- Keep aisles, shelves, and display areas free of debris, spills, and clutter to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Engage shoppers with a friendly attitude, proactively offering help and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Re‑stock shelves throughout the day to keep the store fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Operate the store’s computer system for inventory checks, price updates, and sales reporting.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
